Terms of Service

01Acceptance

By accessing or using Astrodesk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Astrodesk.

02Service description

Astrodesk is a professional astrology software platform for practitioners, providing natal chart analysis, transits, synastry, astrocartography, Sabian symbols, and related tools. The Service is delivered as a web application and is subject to ongoing evolution — features may be added, modified, or removed.

We aim for high availability, but the Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be free from errors, defects, or downtime.

03Subscription & payment

All payments are processed by Gumroad, our merchant of record. By purchasing a plan, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service, which govern the payment transaction itself.

Plans available:

• Pro Monthly ($19/month) and Pro Annual ($149/year) — recurring subscriptions with a 30-day free trial.
• Founder Lifetime and Lifetime — one-time payments granting perpetual access under these terms.
• School — recurring team subscription.

Prices are in USD and exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. Gumroad collects and remits sales tax / VAT where applicable.

04Refund policy

Every plan — subscriptions and Lifetime tiers — carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact hello@astrowildchild.com or reach out via your Gumroad receipt within 30 days of purchase.

After the 30-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

05Founder Lifetime

The Founder Lifetime tier is an early-adopter offer limited to the first 50 customers, priced at $99 one-time. Once the 50 spots are filled, this tier is no longer available and Lifetime access is offered at the standard $299 price.

Founder pricing is guaranteed for life: we will not force upgrades or migrate Founder accounts to a paid tier. All future features are included at no additional cost.

06License & IP

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Astrodesk for your own professional practice.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties outside your own client work. All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including its interface, code, branding, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Astrodesk, except for third-party astronomical engines (e.g. Swiss Ephemeris) which remain the property of their respective owners and are used under license.

07Data & content

You retain full ownership of the client charts, notes, and data you enter into Astrodesk. We do not claim any rights to your content.

We never sell your data, we never share it with third parties for marketing, and we never use it to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. See our Privacy Policy for full details on storage and security.

08User conduct

You agree to use Astrodesk for legitimate professional or personal astrology work. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with another person (one seat = one user).
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service outside of documented APIs.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, or to harass or defraud third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these rules, with a refund of any unused prepaid period.

09Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Gumroad account. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the currently paid period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partially used periods (outside of the 30-day money-back window).

Lifetime plans have no recurring billing to cancel.

10Liability limitation

Astrology is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Astrodesk is a calculation and visualization tool for practitioners — it does not provide interpretations, recommendations, or professional counsel of any kind.

You, the practitioner, are solely responsible for how you interpret charts, communicate readings, and advise your own clients. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrodesk is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on information generated by, or derived from, the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Ontario, Canada.
